Why am I still billed for a deleted app?

how is it possible that A deleted app still want me to pay! This is the second month they do this can anybody help me??

If the app doesn’t charge you via Shopify billing, then you would need to unsubscribe from their app before removing it from your store. You’d need to reach out (or login) to the app via their third-party billing system to stop being billed for it.

Only apps that bill via Shopify (ie. included on your monthly Shopify bill) will stop billing you when you uninstall the app.

Thank you for you reply! Only this is via the shopify billing that why it’s
now not possible to log in and stop the billing!

If that’s the case, you’d want to reach out to Shopify’s support team directly (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/pause-deactivate-store#considerations-for-pausing) – type in the chat “I want to speak to a real person” and then follow the prompts to start a chat with a Shopify support agent. They’ll be able to confirm if the app is billing externally or not.
