Hello @algazeliya ,

When you uninstall the app, it’s not necessarily fully uninstalled. Most of the time there are some files that you have to delete manually from the code editor.

However, charging you is something wrong, that’s not how the app should work so you should contact the app developers anyway.

Hi, @algazeliya .

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your question here in the community!

I understand that you’ve been billed for an app that you’ve recently uninstalled from your Shopify store. You had the app installed during the free trial period and did not actively use it. Rest assured, I’ll share the best next steps and resources with you to help resolve the issue.

In order to review and settle the bill you mentioned you’ll need to get in contact with the third-party app developer. You can search the Shopify App Store for the app in question. Once you’ve located the app you can scroll down and click Support > Get Support and enter your .myshopify.com URL to proceed. For more information on the process I’ll share our resource on getting help with third-party apps.

A second option is to contact Shopify Support directly through our Help Center via chat, email or by scheduling a callback. You’ll need to login to your store, enter a topic in the search bar and click Search. On the following page, scroll to the very bottom and click Continue under Get Support. You’ll then be presented with the available support options. Once you’re in contact with our support team, they’ll be able to connect you with the third-party app developer to look into the issue.

When it comes to closing your store I recommend taking a look at our resource on pausing or deactivating your store. In this resource there are a few key points to note before closing your store. Be sure to pay any outstanding charges you may have, disable auto renewal for your custom domain on your registrar’s website to avoid unexpected charges and save your store information by exporting CSV files.

Let us know if you have any further questions or need help accessing the help center.

I hope this helps!

I’ve sent an email to the app developer. They said they had reported my problem to shopify. They told me to wait some time.

I’ll wait first. If in the next few days nothing changes, I’ll let you know again.

Thanks.
