I have the ability to add 2 staff accounts and so far have not added any. I am trying to add one staff account and receiving an unclear error preventing me from creating the account. I add the first and last name and email. I am hiring a content creator for blogs so the only access box I check is the blog post and pages (although I have tried it with other permissions including full permissions with the same error). I click the submit button and I get a red box at the top of the page that has a red diamond with an exclamation in it. Then it says:
There are 1 errors:
and shows a black dot below it but with no text at all explaining what the error is.
I tried on multiple browsers and the same thing happened. What do I need to do to get past this? Am I doing something wrong?

I’m sorry to hear you’re not able to add staff accounts. If you’re on the Basic plan or above, you do have the option to add staff members, so let’s figure out what’s going on here.
You mentioned you’ve already tried different browsers to no avail. However, have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? Sometimes, our browsers can hold on to old information causing bugs and issues like this to arise. To fix this I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and continue doing so on a regular basis.
