Why am I unable to publish new products on eBay from my online store?

Hi everyone,

I have added new products to my shopify store and am now trying to publish them to eBay.

However, after clicking save and publish, I get the error ‘failed to create offer’. In the past I have been able to force sync and this would solve the issue but it isn’t anymore. I have recently upgraded my eBay store to a paid plan. Maybe this could have something to do with it?
