I’m having some issues setting up shop pay installments. When I click “Accept Terms” I receive an error message in red that says “Error onboard with Shop Pay Installments. Please try again later”
How can I fix this?

There was an issue where merchants were unable to onboard to Shop Pay Installments at the time of this posting. However, I can confirm that the issue has been resolved. If you haven’t setup Shop Pay Installments yet, then I’d recommend giving it another try.
If the issue continues to persist, then it looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve the issue. Were you able to setup Shop Pay Installments since then?
