None of my customers are able to use shop pay. They keep getting errors. Would there be a particular reason why?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with Shop Pay Installments, to ensure this gets resolved. To gather a bit more context however, are you able to share an example of the error your customer receives when selecting this payment option?
As it currently stands, Shop Pay Installments has a few eligibility requirements in order for customers to successfully complete a purchase using this payment option. For example, customers must reside in the United States in order to select the installments option.

If after confirming the customer does meet the outlined requirements, but continues to see the error, please feel free to Contact Support for further investigation.
