Hello,
I’ve been getting a daily email from Amazon for several weeks (possibly months) now, saying “Disbursement Attempted”. It’s the same exact dollar amount every single time. I do not sell on Amazon, but I allow Amazon Pay as one of my Shopify store payment methods.
All other payment methods have been working fine. I’ve double checked all details in my Amazon Pay account, made sure the bank routing info was correct, etc. Amazon is telling me this is an issue that I need to fix within Shopify, however everything in my Shopify Admin looks fine.
Has anyone else had this issue?
