Why are customer notification emails landing in spam?

Hello,

For some reason all of my customers notification emails such as order confirmation and shipping confirmation has been going to their spam/junk mail. It‘s happening only to customers with (outlook, hotmail, and ICloud). Have anyone else experienced this? I have G Suite setup within Shopify. All of my DNS settings such as DKIM and SPF are set up.
