Why are my collection pages duplicating URLs and how can I fix it?

I’m not sure what changes I made to influence this. I checked my SemRush account and suddenly all of my collection pages are duplicating their urls. Can someone tell me what’s going on and how to fix it?

It duplicates each suburl twice.
