It seems all of a sudden I am unable to print labels correctly, direct from Shopify. If I print direct from Shopify, label is so big it only prints a portion of the entire label on the paper label. This occurrs with both USPS and UPS labels.

I have two printers: 1. Canon MB5070. 2. EPSON WF-3640

Same issue on both printers.

If I download the label from Shopify and print, it prints out just fine, both printers, both USPS and UPS.

Also tried test print through settings/shopifyshipping/print test label, still same issue.

Would have liked to provide screen captures, but this app does not like .pdf or .png files.

It appears that your browser’s print settings have been modified.

You can try the “Print using the system dialogue” option to verify this.
