I got a notice saying my account was on hold and I know I am supposed to get an email, never got one though. What should I do?

For a bit more context and generally speaking, a Shopify Payments account may be put on hold while our team conducts a standard review of your account on our end. The process may differ for each store though - so if you haven’t received any emails from our internal team about this, then as @made4Uo has suggested, reaching out to our live support team would be the best course of action here. From there, our live support team can take a look at your account from our end and work together with our internal review team to support you during this process.
To get in touch with our team, you’ll need to login to your store via our help centre here. Once logged in, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you’ll be taken to a page with the heading ‘Contact support’, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team.
