I have run into an issue regarding payouts. I have orders coming through but im not getting payouts for them. i have entered my details in and scheduled a payout time but nothing has gone into my account. i have waited 2 weeks and still nothing, they all saying pending. please help.

Did you process these orders before you completed setup for your payment gateway? Were these orders processed via Shopify Payments or through a different gateway?
