Hi, I currently have 2 conversions according to my TikTok ad account. The problem is there are no orders in Shopify.
Any help is appreciated.
This is not at all an answer to my problem thought.
TikTok says I have 2 order and Shopify says I have 0.
Yes sir tiktok is different from shopify
Yes, but my TikTok pixel is connected to Shopify, which means when people click the link or add to cart or complete purchase, TikTok is able to see that data.

Hi Jellef. I got the same issue, received 7 conversions on Tiktok but Shopify showed me only 1 order. Have you figured out the solution? since it’s been a year to your problem.

Also hoping to get an answer here. TikTok support is no help at all.
I tried to look at each order that is not transferring over and dont see any similarities so I cant figure out why some are coming through to Shopify and others are not. Anyone else?
This happened to me recently. I don’t have a solution but I thought I would chime in to say it is still happening. Any order placed on TikTok does not show in my Shopify admin. My other issue is that TikTok does not show the correct weight for item imported in and hence the shipping is incorrect.
I have not managed to fix this problem, i created a new store en set everything up from scratch and this store does not have this problem. I guess its just a game of luck…
so is it a true sell or no?
I just came searching for an answer to this. All my tiktok orders have gone through shopify admin just fine until last night. I got 3 orders last night, only 1 went to shopify. I let it be hoping it would transfer over by today but it hasn’t.
