Some of my order confirmation emails are not going to the customer even though the orders are created. I am facing this issue today only,please help how to troubleshoot.
Are you sure there not being sent?
Its seems like many of the free email services that people use put those emails into their junk or spam folders.

Do you have use any apps to send emails? You can add me as a staff, I’ll check it for you. If not, you can contact Shopify support to check it for you.
