Hi
We are using the Warehouse theme - www.supernovastudio.durban. I have discovered that our variants are no longer showing up as options on the store product pages. Here is an example below, two variants are set up but only the first one is available in the store. Can anyone help with this issue?

When we see something like this happening, it could be related to a few different factors. However, it’s most often a result of the theme that someone is using in their store that is causing the issue. I just have a few questions I’d like to ask you here:
A test I like to do to confirm the theme as the issue, is by using a free theme from our Theme Store to test and see if the variants are present there. Please, use this link here, and download the free theme. From there, check to see if all of the desired variants are appearing. If they are, then we know for certain it’s related to your warehouse theme. If you still do not see the variants, then we know that this is related to something different.
Please give the above step a try, and follow up with me here once you’ve done that. We should be able to determine some next steps based on what the results turn out to be! Hope to hear from you soon!
