My Variants are not showing up in my storefront; on the back end, I can add them and see them on the backend. I just updated my theme North. I have sent the developers a message, and I’m still waiting to hear back from them, so I wanted to ask if anyone has any tips for me to fix this.
Thank you

Hello @Lalla108 ,

If your variants are not showing up in your storefront on Shopify after updating your theme, there are a few things you can try to fix the issue.
-
Clear Cache
Clear the cache in your browser to ensure that you are viewing the most updated version of your website. Sometimes, old cache files can prevent updates from showing up on your storefront.
-
Check Theme Settings
Check your theme settings to ensure that your product variants are set up correctly. Make sure that the product has been set to have variants and that the variants are correctly priced and in stock.
-
Check Product Availability
Check that the product variants are available for sale on your website. If a variant is set to not be available for purchase, it will not show up on the storefront.
-
Check Product Type
Check that the product variants are assigned to the correct product type. If the product type is not set up correctly, the variants may not show up on the storefront.
-
Contact Shopify Support
If none of the above steps work, contact Shopify support for assistance. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and resolve it quickly.
If you’re still waiting to hear back from the theme developers, you may want to try some of these steps to see if you can resolve the issue on your own. Good luck!
Gina

Thank you so much for all those suggestions; I’ve done all that you recommend and still no luck
Hi @Lalla108
Can you kindly share your store link (with the password, if any) with us? We will check it and suggest you a solution if possible.
I figured it out; an extra step after adding my products in collections and then editing in the customizing theme section
