Why are some eBay orders failing to sync on my sales channel?

Hi all,

Recently in the last month or two some of my Ebay orders are not syncing to Shopify (using the Ebay sales channel).
I have two Ebay orders sitting in my Shopify order list as usual, but there is one that I can see in Ebay but not on Shopify. This happened the other week too, a few times.
I’m wondering if anyone else has this issue? It’s very annoying because I have to keep checking between both Shopify and Ebay. It’s making me very paranoid because I don’t want to accidentally miss an order! The orders that have not synced are stocked by me, just like with the orders that successfully synced to my Shopify. I’ve tried refreshing my Ebay credentials in hopes that might fix it, but it didn’t work. What can I do?!
