I’m having trouble with my quantity syncing between Shopify and ebay.
I’m updating my quantities on shopify in preparation to setting the site live.
When I am changing the quantities on Shopify, it isn’t updating the quantity on my ebay.
I’ve tried to force syncing but that doesn’t appear to be working.
I also have a message on my Shopify home screen saying ‘ebay is not connected. Connect to use this sales channel’.
I have connected it and I’m able to see my ebay products as well as connect them with the ebay app.
I’m slowing syncing the products between the 2 platforms and when I started, the synced listings would auto fulfil in Shopify once marked as dispatched in ebay.
It is no longer doing this and I am having to manually select fulfilled in Shopify in order to clear them down.
I have also has to issue a couple of refunds which I have done through ebay.
Under my orders in Shopify, it is still showing these order as unfulfilled.
I can’t seem to find anything in Shopify to cancel these orders from my ‘orders’ screen.
Therefore it looks like they are still outstanding.
Is there an integration issue here? I don’t really want to unsnyc from my ebay as it’s a lot of work to re-connect and re-sync them all again.
Is there also a way to mark as dispatched within the Shopify interface, add tracking numbers and then this information be synced with ebay?
Something just doesn’t seem right in the way its working and should surely be more stream lined than this as I’m pretty much having to do everything twice.
I don’t want to be having to purchase a 3rd party app to carry out a task that should be done by Shopify.
