I have added the Complementary products option in the product page and nothing has happened.
I have theme sense and this is one of the features

To manage what appears in the ‘Complimentary products’ block you’d need to use the Shopify Search & Discovery app. This app gives you more control over what appears when customers search for products, and more control over the products that are recommended to customers on product pages. You can add the Search & Discovery app from the app store here and you can find more information on customizing product recommendations here.
If you’re using this feature you may also want to take a look at the Shopify Bundles app. This app allows you to group products that are commonly purchased together, typically offered at a discount. The reason I suggest this is it that if you have products that compliment each other, using bundles may encourage customers to purchase these complimentary products together. If you’re interested you can learn more about the app here.
