I have shopify pay and hitpay both connected to my store, but both are not working.
My payment capture is set to automatic and there are no verfications needed. I’ve changed a number of credit cards but none work.

I believe you are seeing this error as your transaction is too little i.e. it is below the minimum order threshold. I would try a test order again using a minimum of $2.00 to see if this works correctly for you.
Your store looks amazing! Wow the food looks delicious, can I please have 10 x Coconut Caramel Cornbreads! One thing I feel could really help your store is to add an “About us” page - this gives you a chance to build a relationship with your customers and allows you to showcase why everyone needs to buy from you and not anyone else.
