Why aren't my products appearing in my online store?

I have a lot of products showing in my collections, but for some reason they aren’t showing in my store. I’ve checked all the key words to make sure everything matched from the products to the navigation menu items. I’ve put the products back into draft, then reactivated them and they’ll go to the collection, but still won’t show up in my store. What am I doing wrong?

This may be happening for a variety of reasons, I’ll go through some troubleshooting steps below for you:

  1. Check that the collection page isn’t being filtered with tags. To make sure this isn’t the case, you can go to the collection page on your website and look at the URL. A normal collection page will read like this: ...``*/collections/collection-handle* . If a collection is being filtered with tags, it may look something like this: *.../collections/collection-handle/tag+tag*.

    If a collection on your menu item is filtered with tags, only products that have all of the tags being filtered will appear. You can resolve this by going to Online store > Navigation, and clicking Edit next to the collection menu item, as seen below:

  2. Make sure that the collection has been made available to the Online Store sales channel, which you can check in the Collections page under the Publishing heading.

  3. Check that each product in the collection is also available in the Online Store sales channel, and that they all have an active status.

  4. Check Settings > Market on your store and by clicking Manage next to each market to make sure that the missing products are available under the Products and pricing heading:

  5. Are you using a third-party app on your store to help configure your products or collections? You can check the app to ensure that it isn’t hiding your products, as some apps may hide content automatically unless you’ve specified it to not to.
