we have a problem with the calculation of shipping costs.
We have a product that weighs 2.2 kg.
We have created various shipping profiles, which are actually very simple.
Depending on the package weight, the shipping rates for Austria should be calculated in the checkout:
Unfortunately it seems that the package or the weight of the product arrives incorrectly in Shopify. It is always calculated the most expensive rate “Austria Spedition 140 €”.
Unfortunately I do not know what to do, in any case the items are all correctly maintained.
