I’m having trouble with the site links on my phone and iPad. They don’t seem to work unless I open them in a new tab. Can anyone offer assistance?

Can you share some examples of what you are seeing when you try to click the links? Could you also share some of the affected links with us here so we can test this as well.
It’s also important to note that Shopify only fully supports the last two major OS versions for your device, so if you are running an older version of iOS or Safari, that could be the culprit.
