Why can I only find my website on google search if I add my old brand name next to it

Hello,

I can only find my website on google search if I add my old brand name next to it. For instance, if I write [email removed] Jewellery” I do not find my website, but if I add “Raiki jewellery rafaella” it appears on top of the search page. I’ve checked on the preferences tab and all my SEO copy does NOT mention rafaella anywhere. I’m lost as to what to do. please HELP.
