Why can't customers create an account on my website?

Hi,

We stumbled upon a problem and I have not been able to find a solution online or here on the Shopify Discussion board.

When a customer tries to make an account, it is redirected to: https://florapoint.be/account/register.

Once a person is on this page they will see an infinite spinner icon and nothing ever happens.

I had that problem and I learned your can’t make an account on Google Chrome I made mine on Internet Explorer I’m sure some people managed to make an account on Google Chrome but I’m just telling you what worked in my personal experience.
