when payment successfully, customer can’t back to Thank You page, is alway in Your order’s being processeed and we find a error in CDN.

It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with your Shopify store where customers are unable to access the Thank You page after making a successful payment. This could be due to a problem with your store’s configuration or a problem with the content delivery network (CDN) that is used to serve your store’s content.

To resolve this issue, you will need to troubleshoot the problem to determine the cause and then take appropriate action to fix it. Here are some steps you can try:

  1. Check your store’s settings to make sure the Thank You page is properly configured. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Checkout and make sure the Thank You page is set to the correct URL.

  2. Check the logs for your store to see if there are any errors related to the Thank You page or the CDN. You can access the logs by going to Settings > Logs in your Shopify admin.

  3. Test the Thank You page by making a test purchase and verifying that it works as expected. This will help you determine if the issue is specific to certain customers or if it is a general problem with the page.

  4. If the problem persists, you may need to contact the support team for your CDN provider to see if there are any known issues or problems that could be causing the issue.

Hello @Zsyk ,

Based on your query, we could get that these are the possible conditions that might be a cause for the issue.

  1. You have either used any chrome extension which throws an error on thank you page
  2. Else you may have used any post-purchase app which is affecting your thank you page Code.

This might have been added in the additional scripts which are not working properly.

You can check it with multiple browsers like firefox, safari, etc in case the issue is consistent across all these browsers, then you need to hire a Shopify expert who will debug this issue and get this resolved.

Let us know if you need any help from us.

All the best,
