New to Shopify- help appreciated 
Watching tutorial videos, the set up looks easy. But when I try to add a page- the only page templates available say “Default Page” or “contact” not, for example “page.contact”. What’s going on?
Are you using Dawn theme?
You need to create a template before choosing it: go to Customize > Pages > Create template. https://i.imgur.com/49phdtQ.png
