hope you all are doing well. I recently created account on shopify, created store. Next day I logged into my store, added the personal and business info. Lastly, I added the payment info and hit save. Suddenly, my store went inactive. So now, if I try to access it directly, it gives error that it is unavailable.
If I login to shopify.com I see list of stores and my store is marked as Inactive. I cannot even access the admin panel. I sent a ticket to support like 3 or 4 days ago (on 5th August). They reply very fast telling me that someone from “Accounts” department will get in touch and I never heard back from them afterwards.
Furthermore, I tried to see live chat option or Phone support. I can’t see it in support. I can only see “Email Us” or “Community” option. I’m running out of ideas.
I really need support regarding this. Any help would be appreciated.
