Hello,
When I try and log into my store it says inactive and won’t allow me to access it. When I try and type in the url on a browser, it says “something went wrong this store is unavailable.”
I have contacted support many times. They always reply back saying that the “team has contacted you.” Which is not true and my site still won’t load. This is a tad frustrating and it’s been over a day that my Shopify store hasn’t been accessible. If there’s anything I can do or another way support can help me that would be awesome.

I’m sorry to hear about your issue, and I’m happy to provide you with some more information.
When you contacted our support team, were you provided with a ticket number? If so, I recommend searching your email for that ticket number. Additionally, if you have received an email from our team, it’s possible it’s gotten lost in your spam or promotions folders, so it’s always best to double check there as well.
If you’ve checked those places and are still unable to locate an email from us, you will want to get in touch with our live Support team through the Help Center and ask them to have the email resent. It would also be good to verify with them that the email we have on file is the correct one!
