Why can't I access my online store on Safari and Facebook?

Hello fellow Shopify members. I am currently having issues with getting into my online store. I would click to see the website and every time I click to see it it always says that my safari(on iPhone) that the site cannot be found. My store is also on Facebook and continues to tell me the store cannot be found. Does anyone have ideas on what I should do?

Based on the first screenshot you shared, it looks as though there is an issue with the internet connection. To access your website, are you able to use a different network or device? I’d also recommend restarting your modem /router. The second screenshot you shared indicates the same issue of the internet service not being available or the server in question is currently inaccessible via the internet.

I was able to successfully access your website on both Google Chrome and a Safari browser. I’ll share a screenshot of this below for better visibility.

Going forward, I recommend trying to access your website on the following:

  • A different device ex. another computer or cellphone.
  • Try accessing your store via the Shopify Mobile app.
  • Try on another web browser or incognito mode.

While you’re here, I’d like to share how you can add a favicon image to your store, as I noticed you haven’t had a chance to yet. Adding a favicon can not only help with branding your business but customers can more easily recognize your website when navigating to it.

It seems like your domain is not set up properly. You need to check once whether your domain is connected to your online store or not.
