I got a new iPhone 13 Pro and the Shopify POS app is not allowing me to access it. I’m able to access it on my old iPhone still but on my new iPhone I get this error.
what do I need to do to resolve this?

Thank you for reaching out and informing us about this error message you are receiving.
We will need to reset the app. To do this, can you please go into your iPhone settings and scroll down to the Shopify POS app. Tap into the app, tap on Reset account, toggle it on. You can then leave your settings and force close the POS app. Open the POS app, then log in using your email and password. Hopefully, this should allow you to log in and not receive an error.

Before I got your response, I deleted the app and reinstalled it and I was able to login and things seem to work fine at this time.
