I am trying to link my store in USA Drop and the system keeps telling me to try again in 5-10 minutes. I am now on day 5 of my 14 day free trial and still not able to load test products to my site…please advise.

If you’re having issues with USA Drop you’d be best served by contacting them directly. They have an option to speak with their support team directly through WhatsApp on their website. As their service is third-party, Shopify cannot assist directly with any issues with their integration. Please bear in mind there are a variety of different dropshipping services you can make use of through the Shopify App Store if you are open to using alternatives.
If you’re looking for some additional trial time, you should see an option to extend your trial in the Shopify admin when you are in the last three days of your current trial period. This will extend your trial period by an additional 14 days. If you do not see this option, you can contact our support team directly to ask for more time.
