Why can't I add products to my shipping profile?

Hi everyone

I’m assembling a new store and I’m trying to make the shipping profiles. At this moment I have almost 20 products in my store but none of them is assigned to my profiles and I cannot include them because it says that my store doesn’t have any product.

How can I add my products to the profile?

As you can see I have some products, and some of them with stock and others whitout.

I appreciate the screenshots that you have included as that is super helpful! Looking into this, I would suggest checking to make sure that the products that you have on your online store are not added into other shipping profiles. You should be able to check this by navigating to Settings > Shipping and Delivery, within the first section - if there are more than one shipping profiles you can choose to remove them to have the products automatically assigned into the General Shipping Profile. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you an example of what multiple shipping profiles look like:

With that being said, if you do not have multiple shipping profiles, we will then need to make sure that the products that you have added into your store are stocked at the correct location. You should be able to manage your inventory by navigating to Products > Inventory, once you ensure that your products are stocked at the correct location, we will need to confirm whether that is the location you are offering shipping from.

You can confirm the location that you are offering shipping from by navigating to your General Shipping Profile and selecting Manage Rates.
