Recently I bought a custom theme. The theme that I have is perfect except for the fact that I cannot add any sections. There is no options and I do not know how to read the coding to understand why not. If anyone has any feedback for this I will appreciate it!

This is not uncommon with 3rd party themes. Check their documentation for best results, but usually in these cases for most pages you have to select one of their premade templates. If you go through every template in theme editor they all are probably slightly different with different “sections” already added but you cannot add more as you would with a normal shopify theme.
It could be another issue, but based on my experience it is probably just the way the theme works. See attached.
