Why can't I authenticate my Shopify account on login?

I just cant get started with shopify cause i cannot be authenticated on the system every time i login. Im told to check email for link and there isnt. The first time it said this i found a link in my mail. Now i cant reuse it - says its invalid, ive already used it once!

To gather a little bit more context, is this your first time logging in? Or, are you hoping to reopen an account that you’ve had in the past?

I also recommend that you check your junk/spam folder for the new verification email, as sometimes they can end up there by accident. Otherwise, it looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue. Yes this is the 1st time i opened an account. Please do access my account if you have to. I checked all mail boxes and theres no authentificstiom link.
