Why can't I close my online store during the free trial?

I have a shopify store But I want to close it in my store
I can't close it in my store When closing the store Then this shows the error But I'm on a 14 day free trial right now 
I didn't use any paid apps in my store But why this is happening Pls Help Me

Thanks for your message, we are sorry to hear you are having this issue. From your screenshot, it looks like you are currently on the Shopify basic plan for $29 USD a month, are you positive you did not select this plan to automatically start once your 14-day free trial ended?


You can actually check what the invoice pertains to in the Settings and Billing area of your admin:



Once you navigate to the Billing section, you should be able to see the failed invoice and click on it to view what the invoice is for.

If you are sure you did not select a paid plan to move into, and you are not using any paid apps you will need to reach out to our live support so they can take a closer look.
