I have been trying to download couple of apps but apparently the system is not letting me, I’ve been waiting for the confirmation email to finish the installment, no luck yet. Does anyone knows how to solve this?

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble downloading apps. Are you trying to download from the Shopify App Store? When you find an app you want to download, you’ll open it up and click Add app:
Once you do that you’ll be brought to your admin to read over and confirm the app’s permissions:
And that’s it! The app is now added to your store. You wouldn’t receive an email regarding the download being complete since it is instantaneous.
