Hi there - I’ve been editing my Shopify theme content with no issues until recently. My customiser still opens and displays the page heirachy on the left hand side - however the main editing section shows up as a blank page with the message “Start your editing journey with Kalles”
Does this mean I need to renew the licence for my theme?

It looks like you’re using a third-party theme. While we’d love to be able to help, we’re not in the best position to do so because the theme isn’t made by us. Since that is the case, your best bet is to reach out to the theme developers. With that said, I recommend going through local troubleshooting steps before contacting the developers to ensure this isn’t a local issue that is caused by your surrounding circumstances. I’ve listed down the troubleshooting you can perform below.
Try a different web browser, as well as an incognito window or private browsing window to rule out any browser issues.
If you are still experiencing the error using incognito, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on your device as these can interfere.
