A user cannot locate or select the Starter plan on their current shop, despite being able to access it on an older test shop.

Hi i have no clue why, but on the shop i am working on i can not sullect or even find the starter plan.
But when i go to an old shop i was messing around with i CAN select the plan?
Can someone help or explain?

I understand on Shop 1 (the current shop you’re working on) you’re unable to locate or select the Starter Plan. However, on Shop 2 (your old shop) you can select the Starter Plan.
Could you advise when you created Shop 1 and also confirm if a plan was previously selected on this store? Can you also clarify if Shop 1 is a Development or Affiliate store? A development or affiliate store that is transferred from a Partner is not eligible for the Starter plan. To clarify, the Starter plan is currently only for new merchants and does not regularly support downgrading from existing plans, for existing merchants.
Could you also advise if Shop 2 is in the trial period and when it was created?
