I dont see a collections option in my Shopify account. Only seeing Investor and Gift Cards as options. No ability create manual or automatic collections.

Hi @YNotShop Please check and confirm do you have admin access of Shopify store because if you have staff access with limited permissions then you can’t access and see collection tab.

Are you sure you have permission to access Collections?
If so, you should be able to see the Collections menu under ‘Products’.
Can you please share a screenshot of the Shopify admin dashboard? Also, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, or logging in from a different browser or device to see if this resolves the issue.

Same question here! I AM paying for a plan, and I still don’t have a collections option under the Products menu. What gives, Shopify?

I’m having the same issue, I’m on basic plan but there’s no create collection option.
