Why can't I install the Reviews app on Dawn?

Hello there,

So I’m just starting with Shopify and wanted to install Reviews app by Shopify. I’ve checked the install instructions, I’ve checked Youtube’s “how to” and I can not figure out why it doesn’t work. I simply can not install the app.

Anyone could help me, please?

What sort of issues are you having exactly when installing the Product reviews app?

Have you looked over these resources from our Help Center? I have attached the following as it speaks directly to this inquiry you have posted:

• Add reviews and a review form in Online Store 2.0 themes: please make sure you are following instructions designed for Online Store 2.0 themes as Dawn, the theme you are using is part of this collection.
• Add star ratings in Online Store 2.0 themes
