Why can't I log into my ecommerce account even with the correct email and password?

When I try to log into my Shopify account it does not recognize my email and password.

When I use “forget password” it says there is no account using that email address.

I have gone as far as to copy and paste my email address from the header of an email that Shopify has recently sent me and it still says the email is not associated with an account.

Ironically, I can not find a way to contact Shopify support without having to log in.

My store front is still active.

Any advice appreciated!
