I tried to log into my account on August 15 2023.
I found out the account had not been used recently and was locked down. I put in a request to have the account checked out.
After two live chats in which the rep didn’t seem to understand or maybe didn’t care.
Now 10 days later. No response. All the live chat window on the Shopify site have been remove and I can’t reach to gain access to my account.
There is a chat log that no one responds to.
They even gave me an escalation ticket number to make me feel better.

In situations like this when you’re unable to login to your account for issues such as not being able to receive an authentication code, our Internal Team will need to be the folks to assist you with getting access to your account. This team works off of escalated tickets, so if a previous ticket you’ve had with our Support Team has been escalated, then the ticket is in the correct place! This means, that once our Team has had the opportunity to review the escalation and included information, they’ll be following up with you via email with information regarding next steps.
It’s important to note that our Internal Team works off of a queue-based system. This means, that if a user is replying to an escalated ticket without first hearing back from our Internal Team, this will cause their ticket to be pushed back further in the queue, and cause a delay in your resolution time. If you find that you’re replying to the escalated conversation without first hearing back from the team, I recommend that you cease that action, as you are likely delaying out team from being able to get you into your account in a timely manner.
