I’ve been trying to log into my store on a different device it keeps saying ‘an error prevented us from selecting this store. Please try again later’. What’s the cause of this? Even my shopify pos app isn’t working

To ensure this isn’t related to a browser issue, I’d encourage you to attempt a few local troubleshooting steps. For ease, I’ve gone ahead and listed those steps below to see if this helps to resolve:
- Try clearing your Cache and Cookies.
- Try accessing the shop from Another Device (i.e cell phone).
- Try accessing the shop from an Incognito Tab.
- Try using Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc).
- Make sure your device is Up To Date.
- Try accessing using a different cellular network (i.e not connected to wifi).

I had this very same issue. My wifi was blocking my website because it was new… I was going crazy trying to figure out the problem until reading this. Thanks a lot!!
I recently bought a prebuilt store and all i had to do is buy a plan, so i bought the 5$ plan and it logged me out and it says i have no access to my account and to login with a different account ive tried everything.
