I understand that you are looking to preview a new theme but are having issues once you log in to the Shopify Theme Store. It could be possible that the specific theme is not available for your store, but I’d like to take a closer look to confirm. Are you able to share a screenshot of the theme page, or any other relevant context regarding your store?
If you are having issues logging in to the theme store, can you try logging in to your Shopify Admin, select Online Store, and scroll down till you see “Explore more themes”. Click on the button and you should be directed to the theme store.
