Can’t login to my Shopify admin account - has been showing the same message for the past hour “504 Gateway Time-out” - even after clearing browser history and cookies, also tried logging in on two other devices, and the same error occurs. (Just for logging into Shopify admin account, the website URL still works for visitors)
please help!

Hello!
I’m able to log into the admin portal for my online store which is problematic because I need to close it. Is there some sort of ETA to as when this will be fixed? It’s been over 30 minutes now. I receive the error both on desktop and mobile version.
I can’t log into my admin, only to the forums. I get a 504 Gateway Time-out error. I really need to do a lot of work. Any idea what’s wrong and when it will be fixed? Thanks so much!

Seems its nearly nightly issues arise with trying to log in. Anyone else have this issue? 2:11AM EST Cant login, this isn’t help us as small business’s. You guys have got to get it together, we are only asking for a service in which we all pay for. What gives?

I’m having the same issue for the past 20 minutes - I need access urgently!
I have just swapped from GoDaddy and I never had a log in problem once and this is the second time already - not sure why I am spending all this money to have a store I can’t access

I am having the same problem.
I am also getting this error and all work has stopped! I just dont think Shopify can handle the amount of people using it any more. I am constantly having to wait for them to fix some issue - it’s so disruptive to work and productivity!!
Also having this issue - very annoying. Hopefully Shopify will have this rectified soon. Pretty frustrating when you’ve been working on something when its crashed, almost certain I’ve lost it all
