Why can't I purchase a paid theme on my platform?

Please help, I’m trying to buy a paid theme and the option to buying it doesn’t show up. It only shows me to preview demo and to try the theme. This problem is happening with all paid themes. I’ve tried all your supported sites and it’s still not working. Please can someone help me with this.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful. If you would like to purchase a theme from the Shopify Theme Store, you will need to make sure that you are logged into your online store. When you are successfully logged in and browsing the theme store, you will have two options displayed for you - Try theme and View demo store.

If you are interested in purchasing the theme, you will need to select the option Try theme. This will add the theme to your online store theme library and allow you to view the customization options available.

You can purchase the theme by navigating to your online store themes and selecting the option to Buy. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

Hi , thanks for getting back to me so soon. I had already done everything
you said and I’m still not able to buy the theme. When I go to the theme
store there’s no option to buy any of the paid themes

You can get in touch with our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.

Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about purchasing a paid theme.
