Why can't I push my theme app extension anymore?

I’m getting this error, despite the same command working perfectly a few days ago. I appreciate any help.

theme-app-extension git:(main) ✗ shopify extension push

┃ Unknown extension type THEME_APP_EXTENSION. Valid extension types include: CHECKOUT_POST_PURCHASE, CHECKOUT_UI_EXTENSION, THEME_APP_EXTENSION, and PRODUCT_SUBSCRIPTION.

I eventually realized I had changed the email I was using for my partner account, but was still logged in to a different account in cli. Problem solved:

shopify whoami
shopify logout
shopify login
