Why can't I reach Shopify's live chat or customer service?

Why even watching 8 You Tube videos on how to reach Shopify live chat or reaching out to actual customer service, I still can’t get there. The virtual assistance is useless. Please anyone with links or screen shot will be greatly appreciated. It’s very frustrating. I have been given a receipt for payment and want to find out if it was issued by Shopify. It’s of Shopify letterhead kind of.

When you’re using the AI chat (https://help.shopify.com/en), you have to ask to “speak to a real person” and then it should prompt you to select your Shopify store to start the ‘real’ chat.

To directly answer your question though, any billing for your Shopify account will be shown in your Shopify admin, so you can check there.
