well my payouts were held for 4 months i waited and when time comes i didn’t receive my money after another months of many futile conversations with the Shopify advisors i finally received an email that i will receive my money little did i know that the bank account i had linked was deactivated so i had to inform them to let me change the bank account and it’s another month of futile conversations with the advisors but what was interesting is 2 advisors telling me that they checked and the ticket i had opened for this issue no one is working on it which was strange so i requested to open a new one and this one isn’t checked on too since they keep saying that i will receive a link where i can change my bank in less than 48h which is so frustrating after weeks and ironically i received an email from a said Shopify email saying that my money is held for another 4 months but the email wasn’t the official email and what’s bothering me is who got my email and who knew that i had money held by shopify
